AI Readiness Workshop · booked

Welcome to the future of your business. Let's get you ahead.

Thanks for booking. AI isn't slowing down, and it isn't going anywhere. Most companies investing in it see nothing back. The few doing it right are pulling away, and that lead compounds every quarter. In 30 minutes, we'll show you which side your team is on.

What to expect · 30 minutes

A hands-on deep dive into AI and your team.

We don't spend the half hour on small talk. We get tactical fast: how your team uses AI today, what the manual work is really costing you, and what the next year could look like with the right systems behind it.

    Kickoff

We jump right in: you, your business, and how your team is using AI right now. Quick, personal, no slides.

  2. 02

    The deep dive

Where the hours actually go. We dig into the manual, repetitive work eating your team's week and show you how AI takes it on.

  3. 03

    The numbers

What that work is costing you, what you're leaving on the table, and a realistic read on the ROI.

  4. 04

    Your next step

If we're a fit, we'll lay out how we'd start: a paid AI diagnostic that maps your operation and turns it into a sequenced roadmap.

You'll leave withA clear read on how your team uses AI today, a rough number on what manual work costs you, and the first places AI would pay off.

Why now · leaders vs laggards

Early adopters crush the competition.

Every major technology shift has rewarded the companies that moved first. The research on digital and AI says the same thing, and the gap between leaders and everyone else is getting wider, not smaller.

McKinsey · digital and AI leaders vs laggards

Leaders returned 2 to 6 times more to shareholders, in every sector studied.

Our approach · diagnose first

The old way vs the Avolis way.

The industry standard is to sell you a tool and hope it fits how you work. We map how work actually moves through your business first, then build only where the return is real. That's where the ROI comes from.

The old way

Tool first

  • Buy the AI tool everyone's talking about
  • Force it into how your team already works
  • No baseline, so no way to measure the return
  • People quietly go back to the old way
95%of organizations saw no measurable return from their generative AI investments.MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025
The Avolis way

Diagnose first

  • Map every role, task and handoff in your business
  • Quantify exactly where AI pays off, in dollars and hours
  • Build it to fit, and train your team on their real work
  • Measure it, then keep improving it every quarter

Kudos to Sam and his team on the checkout completion, went from 42% to 63%. The whole funnel on the front end is a lot more efficient.

I still use it every day. Wispr Flow is great, and of course Claude I really like. I pretty much never use ChatGPT or Grok anymore. Cowork is like my right hand man.

The email scraper is definitely really helping. I'd have to reformat all of it to upload into our CRM. Now it's automatically finding it. That's one of the biggest things.

The auto-drafting I have found is really, really slick. It just resurfaces it with the draft as a follow-up. And I love that. Love that.

What is manual work costing you?

Before you think about what AI costs, look at what the manual work already costs you every year. Play with the numbers. It takes thirty seconds.

Questions

Straight answers.

Why is this a workshop and not a sales call?

Because you should get something out of the 30 minutes either way. We go deep on how your team uses AI today, what manual work is costing you, and where AI would pay off first. Most people leave with ideas they can use the same week.

Who will I be talking to?

One of the advisors on this page. People who do this work with clients every week, not a script reader.

We already use ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?

It's a great start, and most teams we meet are there. The difference is using a chatbot versus having AI built into your actual workflows: connected to your email, your CRM, your documents, doing work on its own. That gap is where the hours are.

What happens after the workshop?

If there's a fit, the next step is a paid AI diagnostic. We survey and interview your team, map how work moves through the business, and hand you a full operational report and a sequenced AI roadmap. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

Why do you charge for the diagnostic?

Because it's real work, and it's where the ROI comes from. Tools that skip this step get bought, forced in and abandoned. The diagnostic tells you exactly where AI pays off in your business, in what order, before you spend a dollar on building. We'll walk through pricing on the call; it depends on the size of your team.

How fast will we see results?

We're embedded in about two weeks, you'll see a first real result in 30 to 60 days, and your team will be running working systems within 90. After that it compounds, quarter over quarter.

We're not a tech company. Will this work for us?

Most of our clients aren't. Contractors, manufacturers, consumer brands, professional services. You don't need a technical team. We build with the people you have and train them on the work they already do.

We're in our busy season. Should we wait?

The diagnostic takes about two weeks and nothing gets built until it's done. Starting now usually means the build lands right as things slow down, which is the best time to roll something new out to a team.

Who owns what you build? Is our data safe?

You do. Everything runs in your accounts and your stack, built to your security requirements. No black boxes, no hostage data, no commissions on tools. You could walk away with all of it at any time. Clients stay because it keeps paying off.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whatever fits your business best. Most often Claude, alongside ChatGPT, Gemini and the tools you already run, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify or your CRM. We don't push a fixed stack and we don't take commissions.

How is this different from a consultant or agency?

Consultants hand you a report and leave. Agencies ship once and move on. We diagnose, build the systems ourselves, train your team, and stay on to keep improving them. If something underperforms, fixing it is on us.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, and anyone else who'd weigh in on the decision. If you can name the three things that eat the most of your team's week, we'll get even further.

Deciding together

Bring your partner, your ops lead, or your biggest skeptic.

Decisions go easier when everyone has seen the same numbers. Send them this page, or better yet, bring them to the workshop.
